Welcome to the Be It Till You See It podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring. I’m Lesley Logan, Pilates instructor and fitness business coach. I’ve trained thousands of people around the world and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self doubt. My friends, action brings clarity and it’s the antidote to fear. Each week, my guests will bring Bold, Executable, Intrinsic and Targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and Be It Till You See It. It’s a practice, not a perfect. Let’s get started.

Holy frickin moly. Welcome to your Fuck Yeah Friday. Happy December 8th. My goodness. Wow. I wonder like there must be I can’t even wait to hear., I gotta do some research on like what astrology is saying about this day because it’s just like kind of a big deal. For me, anyways. So today is December 8th, and it is Fuck Yeah Friday, which means we celebrate your wins we celebrate, I share a win of mine to help hopefully inspire you to see that your wins don’t have to be complete, perfect finished or any of those things to be celebrated because you are doing amazing things every day. And there are there’s bright spots in your day. And the more we look for them, the more we see bright spots, right? So anyway, I’m gonna get into my win in a second, which is a big one. So you’re gonna want to hear it. Because it is it is all because of you.

But first Agency member Bianca, Filateo’s win. It’s Fuck Yeah Friday. Redesigned my website and moved to WordPress in seven days, got great feedback on my website from Lindy Noec last week. Got a new client who bought a package and trying out Pilates two times a week and a new client said using the foot corrector the other day helped reduce a lot of ankle pain. And she’s fallen in love with Pilates. Boom. A way to go Bianca, you guys let me know if it was on the Be It Pod. So really just her company up in a day is really amazing. And if you reach out to her and you tell her we sent you like she just got the LL button for you. She’ll take care of you.

Also an Agency member, Melissa Nygai, Fuck Yeah Friday, I have a group of three clients who do a semi private appointment three times a week and they’re a trio sometimes they’re a duo due to surgeries and trips the most consistent is away for a month the most inconsistent has been back attending regularly and is recovering from yet another surgery. However, I told the inconsistent one to please let me know ASAP if she’s going missing sessions over the next two months, because she often cancels day before within 24 hours and really not enough time for me to book any new clients. My win is that she showed up on Monday to tell me that she felt it was best to take the time off until her friends get back into town. This is such a relief for me knowing that I have those three hours a week to book in new clients or to not book anyone and get other work done. With that said this week, I had time to record videos for my online subscription. I watched two webinars, did my homework for a course I’m taking, got my all my workouts and plus other jobs done that I was not able to get to. These three years have given me so much more time. So way to go Melissa, like so many people could see like losing out on a client three times a week as a loss and you’re seeing it as what is a win and like what’s possible and I just think that is so freakin amazing. I love that.

Lesley Logan 3:22
Okay, my win. By the way, you just send your wins in and then I share them and what’s so great is that you get to hear your wins someday and then in the future. And maybe you’re having a bad day like oh my god, I had that win. Like it’s really a lot of fun. I love it. I listened to FYF and go oh yeah I had that when such a great reminder of the things we did do. So my win. If you didn’t see already it’s episode 300. Insert all that celebration music here. Episode 300. We would not be here if it wasn’t for you. If you didn’t listen, this podcast, share it with a friend, tell us how much it means to you like, dude, there’s so much more I would do if that was the case. But you guys listen, and you share this podcast and your feedback it brings me so much joy because something that someone said or that we said helped inspire you to do something different in your life. That’s huge. The massive domino effect of everyone being it until they see it. And not waiting to be perfect and, and not waiting until they felt ready or they didn’t feel scared. Oh my gosh, like, do you know if you have no fear? Then you’re probably dead or you’re going after a mediocre goal. Right? I’ve heard the coach say this before. I’m like, yeah, that’s right. You’re supposed to be a little bit freakin scared about the things you’re doing. Because that means you’re going after something that’s wholly different than you’ve ever done.

Lesley Logan 4:40
So, thank you for trusting us and listening to our guests and our recaps and these FYFs and sending your questions. Thank you. We couldn’t do this without you. We wouldn’t do it without you. And so hitting episode 300 is a community win. I say thank you to my amazing team, who I also couldn’t do this without, there’s the ones you don’t see. We talk about them in the, you know, the exit notes, end credits you probably skip. But each one of them is really integral in making this happen so that every single Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, there’s an episode in there for you. We don’t ever want to miss giving you that dose of inspiration you might need on that day, when you just feel like oh my god, how am I supposed to do this day? Hopefully, you let us into your ears. So thank you. That’s my win. Episode three freakin hundred.

Lesley Logan 5:31
All right, loves. Go share a win with a friend today. Start telling like start helping the people in your life realize that there are winds happening everywhere just by celebrating something amazing. Maybe got a great parking spot. Whoo. That’s a Fuck yeah, Friday. Until next time, be it till you see it.
