Lesley Logan
Welcome to the Be It Till You See It podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring. I’m Lesley Logan, Pilates instructor and fitness business coach. I’ve trained thousands of people around the world and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self doubt. My friends, action brings clarity and it’s the antidote to fear. Each week, my guests will bring Bold, Executable, Intrinsic and Targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and Be It Till You See It. It’s a practice, not a perfect. Let’s get started.

Hey, Be It babe, how are you? Oh, my God. How excellent is this? How exciting is it? It’s Friday. You made it. You did it. I’m so happy that you’re here. Thank you for letting us be in your ears as you kick off the weekend. And if you listen to this on a different day, hey, thanks for letting us be in your ears. This is the episode that is short and sweet, and it’s celebrating your wins, wins from listeners. It’s in a minute. A win of mine and it serves to remind us that, like even life’s life in there’s some good stuff going on, right? There’s some things to celebrate and these little things add up. They really, really do. So let’s kick off your wins first.
Lesley Logan 1:17
So this is from Christine Eschen. She is an eLevate grad and also one of our agency members, and she wrote a day late on the FYF, but here it goes. Thanks to LL, my last two clients that late canceled I held to my boundaries and charged them. I had LL in my head saying, you teach people how to treat you. Went live on Facebook and had one of my clients comment how much I have helped her and changed her life. Made me feel so good. Texted a client today to remind her to remind her to book another appointment next week as my schedule is getting full, and she did so and bought a 10-pack, which makes this a record month for my studio. Still need more to pay the bills, but hey, I’m happy my other win is thank you, LL, for creating this community. I love all my agency peeps. Okay, Christine is proof that there’s like these little wins that happen in there all the time. They’re always happening, like receiving a compliment is a win. It’s a win. How cool, right? So, so, so cool. So, way to go. Christine, thank you for taking us on this journey, and also congrats on your record month. That’s so big. That’s so awesome. Yeah, I hope there’s always more to make. There’s always more to do. So taking and basking in that this is the best you’ve done. You’ve been doing, you were starting on your own with nothing like with no clients like this is a big deal, you know. So thank you for sharing that with us.

All right. Tania Tsiora, she’s an agency member, and she wrote this week, wrote and sent the ninth newsletter, and received feedback by several clients. It was about how to find a hobby. Compared to previous years, July is much better. Actually, after a long time there’s revenue growth, giving a mat workshop in studio in two weeks, it’s almost full. I had my first performance on contemporary dance. It was amazing. So important to do other things apart from Pilates. Tania also had another win. So I’m going to just put it in here. She put two more new clients this week and nice people, excited about tomorrow’s mat workshop. Love the preparation with my colleague. I got a proposal to go two times per week to give a mat class in a gym. Yes, I want to teach also elsewhere and meet new people and make an impact. I have to go outside of my studio more often. One more person register for the retreat. Yes. Okay, so do you see all these little wins in here? Like she’s celebrating being consistent with her newsletter, and like people are telling her they’re reading it, and she had her best month compared to previous July’s. And she also has a workshop that’s almost full. And someone set up for, like, there’s these little wins that happen and you know, it’s so easy to focus on oh my God what can I tell you? So there’s like, a thing in my in my work, that just broke again, that out of her control. If I was Tania, I could go, oh, this thing isn’t working. Instead of focusing like, Oh, my God, I’ve had one more person sign up for this thing. So thank you, Tania, for showing us, reminding us the little things that we can be celebrating.

All right, let’s talk about one of my wins. So I’m on vacation. That’s a win, and I know that that sounds like another big win. Like with last week, it’s like she’s just winning. No, let me be really honest, we almost canceled this vacation. You know, there’s those days you have in your life when you’re like, going, I don’t know, we probably shouldn’t be gone that much longer. I mean, it’s another eight days where we’re hiring a dog sitter, and then there’s the hotels, and then there’s these extra flights and all that, all these things. I just put my foot down. I was like, I want a vacation. Want a vacation. Us taking a vacation is a huge win, because there’s always more work to do. There’s always more work. I have tons to do for this podcast, but we’re celebrating the wins worth making. And this win is from an action we took months ago. And actually, a lot of the wins you’ll have are from things you did before. And so thanking yourself and having gratitude for the things that you did before that set you up for the win today is something I hope you make a habit out of, because it does make life really a lot more fun. So I’m celebrating that Brad and I are in Thailand, and we’re having a great time.

All right now, let’s get that mantra to you because those sometimes you’re like, I just need something to think about this weekend as I go through whatever you’re going through. I welcome what is. I welcome what comes. Oh, some of you hate that one, but guess what? Maybe it’s a medicine you need. I welcome what is. I welcome what comes. Say it with me. I welcome what is. I welcome what comes. All right, loves. You are amazing. Thank you so much for being a listener of the Be It podcast. Please share this with a friend. Share the interviews or share the recaps. Send your questions in and send your wins in so we can celebrate them with you and have an amazing day. Until next time, Be It Till You See It.
