Welcome to the Be It Till You See It podcast where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring. I’m Lesley Logan, Pilates instructor and fitness business coach. My friends, action brings clarity and it’s the antidote to fear. Happy Friday, babe. You know what this means? It means it’s time to celebrate some of your wins and then some of mine. If you’ve never been to the Be It Pod before, hi, welcome. This is what we do on Fridays. They are short, they’re sweet. They’re all about winning. And then Tuesdays is interviews and Thursdays is recap. So our first win to share is from Brittany Landefeld from Agency. She says I am so grateful for Agency, for you LL, Brad and the whole team it takes to run such a resourceful and empowering community. I started 2023 with a promotion to a regional management position for six studios, and it quite literally burned me to the ground. But that is how a Phoenix rises. In September, I had an awakening that I needed dramatic change, full stop. All things to Agency Mini Nine I put in my resignation in October, I quit my job in November, and I secured my own space. I’m slowing down to be more present with my family and sleep in December. And I now have my own private studio. And I’m pre-booking into January already with my official launch, January 1st 2024. So congratulations, Brittany, oh my gosh, you’ve been opened a month. We’re so, so proud of you. We’re so excited for you. And we’re so grateful for you. Thanks for being part of our amazing community. You know, if you weren’t there, we couldn’t help you. And we love helping people. So thank you so much.
Our other win for this week is from Christine Eschen. Also an Agency member, she signed up for an intention setting event put one by one put on by one of her students, including samples. She’s so excited. She got with her graphic designer to create two new ads for January newspaper. She’s running two businesses. Fuck yeah, lavender farm and Pilates studio, working on making a product in between teaching Pilates, so she’s actually like teaching people Pilates and then making lavender oil and then teaching Pilates. She held on to her boundary with clients telling them I need last week of December through January 1st so I can focus reflect and make this year better for us all. And oh yeah, she says, by the way, basically quit my full-time corporate job at the hospital so I could focus on Pilates studio, which I could not have done without you all. So Christine Eschen, congratulations, you’ve done so much this year, it was such a big, big leap. And we are so excited.
Okay, here’s my win. My when is this. I wanted to change the work schedule. I think I told you this in a previous win, change the work schedule, we are one month into that new work schedule, and I am loving it. I’m loving it so much. It’s also been really cool because I’ve been even more intentional with my evenings. It’s making my me even more intentional during my work weekdays. It’s really easy when you could you know, work anytime to work anytime. And we have at this household really, really put into effect, a new work schedule. And it is just incredible. And it sounds so simple. And that’s why I share these wins because you shouldn’t, your wins don’t have to be this grand, marvelous thing that work, while I party, you know, people go, oh my God, you’re so amazing. So that is a win of mine.
Another win of mine that I’m really loving is that Brad and I started a new tradition. We’re not perfect at it. But we share gratitude and joy and also manifestations for each day. And I will say at this point, we’ve started a couple weeks ago. We’re pretty good during the week. And what’s so fun about that is that sharing our manifestations we can actually show what both of us are working on that day and we can support each other in even better ways. So feel free to do that with your partner, wherever you are.
Alright, one of the things you guys love is a little end of this with a little bit of an affirmation. So here it is. I am more than my circumstances dictate. I am more than my circumstances dictate. So I hope that resonates with you. If you’ve got something going on just feel like every obstacle is gonna be against you, guess what you are more than that. You’re always more than that.
Alright loves. Thank you so much for being part of the Be It Till You See It podcast. We love supporting you. We love celebrating you. Make sure you send in your wins. You also send in your questions, we answer those on Thursdays. And until next time, Be It Till You See It.
